Colloquium
On Saturday (June 12, 2025), starting at 2:30 p.m., at the Canha Ethnographic Museum, a colloquium was held on the theme: “Canha in the Middle Ages”, moderated by Dr. Manuel Fialho, with the following guests:
- Dr. João Costa: “Canha and the Order of Santiago in the Middle Ages (12th to 16th centuries)”
- Professor Dr. Hermenegildo Fernandes: “Models of Territorial Organization South of the Tagus: the decisive decades (1217-1236)”
So, we invited the entire population to come and discover what life was like in the Middle Ages!
